Stephen Russell

Stephen Russell offers a breadth of knowledge and experience covering a range of business sectors and disciplines.

Initially involved in the engineering sector and working with organisations such as GEC, Racal, De La Rue and Amkor through to a variety of SME and start up businesses. With a focus on Programme and Product Management for new product and system development, implementation and launch. This work has spread internationally, including a five year period based in central Europe.

With a creative flair and people skills, Stephen has also embraced his talents within the sales and marketing arena. This has included working with SKY Television and heading up a, highly successful, £1.2M two year collaborative European Regional Development Funded (ERDF) Project with the universities of Teesside, Northumbria and Durham.

More recently Stephen has engaged in his passion for realising business develop and growth through the launch of his own business and association with others. With a focus on enterprise excellence, he has studied many elements of the subject including assisting with the development of the Enterprise Leader Programme by Richard Parkes Cordock, author of Millionaire Upgrade and Business Upgrade. Stephen has now joined the Sixfold International Team to further promote Talent Management and complementary business development tools.

In addition to his experience, Stephen holds academic qualifications in operation and strategic management, including a MBA. He has also lectured at post graduate level and presented courses and workshops on a variety of topics.
