The dilemma

It is as if the business wants you to fail. Then there are the products. Although they are better than most around, the competition seems to take business away from you despite inferior specifications and higher prices. They must have the "negatives" as blackmail is the only reason you can think of as to why they continue to win. There must be a better way to make a living?
