Image Editor
Role Description
The Image Editor/Graphic Designer will carry out the instructions of the Image Manager and report back any inconsistencies. The Image Editor will ensure that the technical specifications of all the images permit accurate and speedy printing. Images and diagrams which could slow down the process will be reduced in data size without loss of readability. They will collate all the disparate image input and place the final consistent imagery in the correct format and in the correct location within the document, reflecting the graphics theme for the document.
Role Capabilities
The Image Editor has the ability to work efficiently in the chosen proposal formats for images and graphics, and have some experience with other common formats and styles. He/she is good at working under process guidelines and to specific goals set by the Image Manager. Above all the Image Editor is extremely effective at creating and editing graphic material.
Role Experience
The Image Editor will have had experience in a variety of graphical based projects in a business context. He/she will have deep expertise in at least one common graphics package.
