Image Manager
Role Description
The Image Manager will ensure that all images used are "on brand" in that they comply with the latest published company directives and that appropriate bid specific naming and numbering conventions are adhered to. The Image Manager will communicate the requirements to all bid contributors and oversee the processes that ensure quality and readability as well as consistency of bid look and feel. The images used will be checked against these directives and the Image Manager will oversee and communicate the corrective actions necessary and manage the version and quality processes.
Role Capabilities
The Image Manger has the ability to work with many different formats, sources and styles of images and graphics and can manage varied processes to tight timescales. He/she is adept at spotting inconsistencies and directing editors as to how to correct them. The Image Manger is able to work with diverse teams both in terms of geography and experience and is ale to communicate effectively with them.
Role Experience
The Image Manager will have had experience in a variety of graphical design projects including definition of corporate logos and style. He/she will have previously worked in submission of graphics on a number of proposals and will have experience of managing small graphical teams.
