360 Degree Feedback
Our competency profiles are specifically developed for individuals who face complex work environments. Both numeric data and written responses are collected to provide each participant with an accurate idea of how others perceive them, and how their own perceptions compare. Our most popular standard profile is the Contributing Through Others, which measures key leadership behaviours.
Involved in survey and profile development for over 20 years, our formal partner Novations Group has emerged as one of the industry leaders in providing a broad range of off-the-shelf and customised survey and profiling instruments. We integrate the Four Stages of Contribution model into survey profile design adding development depth to the feedback process.
Our profiles may be customised and designed around an organisation's leadership competencies by modifying the Novations profiles or designing a completely unique and specific questionnaire. Our extensive database allows us to compare your results against corporate, national and international norms.
Each participant receives 12 profiles, which are usually distributed as follows: 1 self, 4 peers, 6 direct reports and 1 manager. Data input, processing of results and an individual feedback report are included with the survey. All surveys are confidential.
Web Option
The most easily managed and cost effective mode of administration is via the internet. This password-protected process provides quick and easy accessibility to participants and their raters.
We provide immediate access to survey return information for both the administrator and participants, as well as the ability to process feedback reports on demand.
