Talent Orientation
Is an efficient and practical way to capitalise upon recruitment effort by harnessing the enthusiasm and energy of new employees in a way that is supportive and reflective of your organisation's goals and vision. This workshop gives participants a framework for understanding how they fit into and can best contribute to the organisation.
Drawing from Novations' industry research, performance expectations are defined and participants are equipped with a common language and vocabulary for discussing their growing careers.

- A guide to grow their ability to contribute
- Encouragement to seek formal and informal coaching
